Congratulations to Chris and Andrea Morrison upon the birth of a daughter, Taylor LeeAnn Morrison on March 8, 2019. She weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces and measured 19 ¾ inches long. Congratulations to Joey and Kaitlyn Walker upon the birth of a daughter, Elodie RaeAnn Walker on March 8, 2019. She weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces and measured18 inches long. Congratulations to Zac and Chelsey Cobb-Boils upon the birth of a son, Conner Lee Boils on March 9, 2019. He weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces and measured 18.5 inches long. Praise the Lord upon the Profession of Faith Decsion of Debbie Humphress on March 3, 2019. She will be baptized at a later date. Click for pictures and more details. We extend our Christian love and sympathy to the family of Robert Donald "Donnie" Brady upon his death on February 27, 2019 at the age of 68. February 24, 2019 was “Youth Sunday” in our church. Congratulations to Scott and Davette Mattingly upon the birth of a son, William Brant Mattingly, on February 22, 2019. He weighed 5 pounds and 11 ounces. Congratulations also to the proud Grandparents, David and Melody Mays and all the Aunts, Uncles, and cousins! AWESOME: Building Great Relationships Retreat Event! The retreat was on Friday evening, February 1st and Saturday morning, February 2nd. It was a winter retreat to help us build above-average, healthy, awesome relationships with family, friends, and co-workers. We want 2019 to be a year where we grow together in a celebrative, loving fellowship with one another in an AWESOME way! The group was blessed and inspired by guest presenter and illusionist, Roger McCurry, former ministerial staff of Severns Valley Baptist Church.
