Allee Grace “Gracie” Bradshaw made her Profession of Faith Decision on July 14, 2019 during the Morning Worship Service. Click to view details and to see pictures. We extend our Christian love and sympathy to the family of Ernest C. Taylor upon his death on July 6, 2019 at the age of 84. We extend our Christian love and to the family of Harland Wright upon his death on July 6, 2019 at the age of 84. On June 30, 2019, we enjoyed a time celebrating Lidiane "Ms Ligi" Macedo's past year serving as our Minister of Music. During the Morning Worship Service, Ms Ligi shared her special musical talents with the assistance of several members of the congregation, including: a group of ladies called “The Sisters”, members of the Children’s Choir, the Adult Choir, some of the AWANA kids, Bro. Billy, and other special friends. She concluded the worship service with a beautiful performance of “My Old Kentucky Home”. Afterwards, we enjoyed a church-wide meal with her. A special love offering taken today and during the past month was presented to her express our thanks for her work here at Muldraugh Hill. We wish her the best as God leads her forward in this new direction. We know He has great plans for her. Ms Ligi will be returning to Brazil July 2, 2019. Click to see more pictures. There was a Wedding Shower for MaKayla Sabo and Caden Wheatley in the church fellowship hall on June 23, 2019 from 2 - 4 P.M. There weddiing will be in September. Aubrey Benningfield made public her Profession of Faith decision during the Morning Worship Service at Muldraugh Hill Baptist Church on June 16, 2019 (Father’s Day). Her family and a special friend, Karli Veatch, stood at her side as members of the congregation filed by to congratulate her on her important decision. She will be baptized at a later date. Recognition and celebration all of our fathers was done on Father’s Day, June 16, 2019, with special recognition given to the oldest father, youngest father and the father with the most children and grandchildren present. This was also Men’s Day. Thank you to all of the men that came to teach Sunday School, lead music, bring the message from the pulpit and various other positions in our church. There was a breakfast for the men and boys before Sunday School. Click to view pictures and other details. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Roger Corbin upon his death on June 12, 2019 at the age of 58. Vacation Bible School was June 9 - 14, 2019 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. There was an average of over 100 in attendance (learners and workers) studying God’s Word and enjoying activities such as music, crafts, and recreation. Friday night was family night. What a great week! We would like to thank the students who attended VBS 2019 and we pray that it will have a lasting effect on the children and their families. Thank you to the teachers and workers who gave of themselves during the week. Also, thanks to those that provided delicious snacks each night for our Bible school hospitality room. Congratulations Evan Sallee and Alley Loudenburg upon their marriage on June 8, 2019! Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Evelyn Geneva Burress upon her death on June 4, 2019 at the age of 91. There was a Wedding Shower for Evan Sallee and Alley Loudenberg on May 31, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. There was a special Memorial Day Service at MHBC during the Morning Worship Service on May 26, 2019. Family members and friends were remembered that had passed away in the past year. Bro. Billy recognized those graduates present with a gift from the church. Jean Sallee accepted the gifts for her sons, Brandon and Will Sallee. Lydia Smith was present and received her gift and recognition. Please remember the family of Paul William Farmer upon his death on May 13, 2019 at the age of 82.
